It is hard to fathom that someone with the morals of a shark like Donald Trump is taking a fiendish delight in the precipitous downfall of Sen. Al Franken, D-Minn., after the comedian-turned-politician was outed for sexually harassing a woman while she was asleep — and awake — about a decade ago.
This is the same Trump, who was not only accused of the same type of behavior by multiple women but who was also caught on a recording saying that he loves to just go up and grab women’s genitals.
Even for Trump, this is low and extremely hypocritcal.
As been widely reported, Franken’s political and comedic careers are in great peril today after it was announced that he forcibly kissed a woman named Leean Tweeden in 2006. She relived her harrowing experience with Franken for KABC. In part, Tweeden shared what happened that fateful day with this Twitter post:
“Senator Franken, you wrote the script. But there’s nothing funny about sexual assault.
You wrote the scene that would include you kissing me and then relentlessly badgered me into ‘rehearsing’ the kiss with you backstage when we were alone.
You knew exactly what you were doing. You forcibly kissed me without my consent, grabbed my breasts while I was sleeping and had someone take a photo of you doing it, knowing I would see it later, and be ashamed.”
Franken has since apologized for those perverted acts and is barricaded in his figurative bunker as the calls for his resignation grow deafening.
Taking delight in Franken’s precarious predicament, president No. 45 tweeted this:
The Al Frankenstien picture is really bad, speaks a thousand words. Where do his hands go in pictures 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 while she sleeps? …..

.And to think that just last week he was lecturing anyone who would listen about sexual harassment and respect for women. Lesley Stahl tape?

What do you think of Trump’s eagerness in bashing Franken for his sexual indiscretions when there is evidence of the president’s own improprieties with women?
