Mathew Knowles finally shared his thoughts on “The Wendy Show” about what he felt when he saw his daughter attacking Jay-Z in that infamous elevator video.

Knowles, Destiny’s Child former manager, visited Wendy Williams to promote his new book, Racism: From the Eyes of a Child, and Williams asked him about how he reacted when he saw the video for the first time.

Knowing his younger daughter like he does, he said Solange behaved according to her personality. Therefore, the estranged matriarch said he “laughed” heartily.

He said, “I laughed so hard because if you know Solange, that’s Solange. You just never know what you’re going to get. She’s the firecracker and Beyonce would just be over in the corner quiet like, ‘When y’all finished, just let me know.’”
