Things are tough for working families and individuals to make ends meet, especially when it comes to groceries. The Atlanta nonprofit C.H.O.I.C.E.S has announced that this Saturday, May 5, 2018, will be distributing groceries to the communities. CHOICES in partnership with Atlanta Community Food Bank is hosting the 4th annual Family Fun Day. When it comes to teaching families about making the right decision about food, the nonprofit group CHOICES (The Center Helping Obesity In Children End Successfully continues to serve the community.
The event will be held at the at the Oak Hill Family Center located at 2805 Metropolitan Parkway Atlanta, GA 30315. It will include not only food distribution but also games, music, and a health fair. It is part of a continuing outreach to the community by the office of Fulton County Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr. and CHOICES by engaging in direct action with the public. Free food will be distributed from 10 to 2 p.m. or until it runs out!
