As rollling out previously reported, former trainer Britney Taylor filed a federal lawsuit in the Southern District of Florida accusing Brown of sexually assaulted her on three separate occasions in 2017 and 2018, including forcible rape on the third instance. Taylor also accused Brown of bragging about assaulting her in text messages after the second alleged assault.
Taylor admits she did not file a police report after the alleged forcible rape in 2018. When her demand for a $2 million settlement from Brown was denied during negotiations, Taylor then filed the lawsuit.
Despite the legal issues, the NFL and the Patriots allowed Brown to play Sunday during the mutilation of the Miami Dolphins, 43-0, where he had four catches and a touchdown reception.
Brown has denied the allegations made by the two women. Taylor met with NFL executives on Monday to tell her side of the story.
