Outcast actor Stacey Dash was bailed out of jail by the very husband she allegedly assaulted, according to police records obtained by Page Six.

In Florida, it is customary for alleged perpetrators of domestic violence to be held in a cell for a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Jeffrey Marty, whom Dash married just 10 days after meeting him, Page Six states, forked over the $500 to free Dash, 52, from the Land-O-Lakes Detention Facility Pasco County, Florida, on Monday, TMZ reports.

Dash, who also starred in urban classic Mo’ Money and the BET hit show “Single Ladies,” was busted Sunday for domestic battery, after she allegedly pushed Marty and slapped him in the face during an argument at their New Port Richey home.

According to the audiotape of the 911 call obtained by TMZ, Dash was the one who called the cops to complain about domestic violence. She told the operator that Marty had put her in a chokehold as Dash argued with his 15-year-old daughter.

“They’re all saying what a b—- I am, I’m the stepmother, how they all hate me. They’re just disrespectful, awful children,” she sobbed into the phone as she talked about Marty’s children, which includes kids ages 14 and 10.

Dash said Marty’s children conspired with their father to cover up his alleged crimes and to make it look like Dash was the aggressor instead of the defender.

HollywoodLife spoke to Florida state criminal attorney Lee Pearlman who confirmed what TMZ stated that Dash faces up to a year in prison. However, it is unlikely that she would serve the entire time.
