What suggestion would you give spouses dealing with serious terminal illnesses in their families?

When you are confronted with your mortality, it can affect you in many different ways. We are not all robots that were put here to work and achieve and build. We need to play and laugh and dance and enjoy each other because, when you lose someone, as much as it may be hard to have those difficult conversations, it’s such a thing of beauty to have that after they are gone. You start to recognize that you can actually appreciate everything, and you don’t want to get that when it’s too late.
