The daughter of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian has reportedly made Billboard history after her guest spot on Ye’s “Talking” landed on the charts.

North West, who is 10 years old, became one of the youngest artists ever to hit the Billboard Hot 100 with her feature on the single that debuted at No. 30.

On Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024, all 16 songs from Ye’s and Ty Dolla $ign’s Vultures 1 album landed on the charts.

Blue Ivy Carter still holds the Billboard record

Billboard magazine noted that North West also made her premiere on Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart.

The record for youngest entry into the Billboard charts, however, remains Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s daughter, Blue Ivy Carter.

Remember, Jay-Z recorded Blue’s baby noises as an infant on the 2012 “Glory” single. And at 7 years old, Blue also appeared on Queen Bey’s “Brown Skin Girl,” which won a Grammy Award.

The remainder of Ye and Dolla $ign’s album included a star-studded lineup, including Swizz Beatz, Metro Boomin and Bump J, who got his inaugural introduction to the Billboard charts.

Industry pundits prognosticate that Vultures 1 will top the Billboard 200 Album chart this coming week.
