The divorce proceeding between Simon Guobadia and his wife, Porsha Williams, has more unexpected twists and intrigue than a Stephen King novel.
The embattled businessman, who’s staring at probable deportation after being denied U.S. citizenship repeatedly, accuses “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star of bringing a gunman to their family home last year.
Simon Guobadia said he had to call the cops
According to court documents obtained by “Page Six,” Guobadia is countering Williams’ divorce filings by telling the courts that she tactically married and divorced the Nigerian-born Guobadia for his wealth.
In the filings, Guobadia charges that Williams “abandoned” their marital home and then returned shortly with “a man visibly bearing a gun for reasons unknown to [Guobadia].” He never stated why or what transpired that day.
Guobadia also told the court Williams had brought this same man back to the house twice. On March 21, Guobadia said he had to seek the help of the authorities to “maintain the peace.”
Simon Guobadia says Porsha and her mother once broke into the home
At another time, Guobadia claims Williams, her mother, and her mother’s boyfriend actually made a “forcible entry” into the home while allegedly disengaging security cameras and “tampering with items and evidence.”
Moreover, Williams allegedly conspired with “third parties” to call and harass him and others “in an effort to force them out.”
“Since the filing of the instant divorce, Wife’s actions have been erratic, unstable, threatening, and harassing to … the house staff, and the minor children,” the documents assert.
“[Williams’] behavior has caused safety concerns, especially since there are minor children — [Guobadia’s] children — currently living in the Marital Residence.”
Williams has yet to publicly respond to the accusations.
