Porsha Williams asserts in court documents that her estranged husband Simon Guobadia has undertaken actions that are harming and “threatening” her TV career.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Williams asserts that Simon was trying to “overburden, annoy, harass, and oppress” her. She claims Guobadia, 59, is accomplishing this by dragging Bravo into their turbulent divorce by demanding to see all of the footage, communication, storylines, and contracts.
Williams, 42, said his premeditated machinations “threaten her reputation, career, and ability to earn income” on the popular reality TV series.
According to the filing, “The Subpoena broadly requests contracts, amendments, memos of understanding, financial documents, all communications, photographs, videos, recordings, tapings, footage or filming, none of which is relevant to do with divorce, or at least no basis has been shown thus far why such an invasive inquiry into would be appropriate or reasonable.”
This follows Guobadia’s court filing, in which he accused Williams of trying to ruin his reputation by revealing or lying about his personal situations in the RHOA series. He threatened Williams with a lawsuit for her “libelous” actions. He claimed she sent a threatening text on March 11, stating, “Listen, I suggest you stop spreading lies about me. I am holding your truth, but I won’t for long if you are going to continue to lie on me.”
Williams met Guobadia while she was filming Season 13 of RHOA in 2020 — and he was still married to a friend of the show, Falynn Pina. The two claim they didn’t start dating until Guobadia and Pina were divorcing in 2021. They were married in November 2022, but Williams filed for divorce in March 2024.

Although I am no fan of Porsha she is right. You can see he is playing with her. It started every day he first posted he had moved on with a new woman. Then it was two women, then it was her castmate Sheree, then he was buying cars, then he posted he was in Dubai, then posted why is she back at the house, then he posted that she was dumb, now his Attorney it’s said drafted the pre-nup but he now fired them and wants the pre-nup thrown out, then he stopped her daughter’s birthday party, then he filed a restraining order, he has contacted her job and wants all filming, texting, phone records from her job, he sent a cease and desist to her job. He is having the Nanny issue witness statements against her, he is requesting legal fees his be paid by her, he has changed locks in the house, he is requesting alimony from her, all of this allegedly and there is more. Writing this I feel like the man is losing his mind and Porsha is definitely…OPPRESSED. lol
