Erica Banks is opening up about her journey following her second Brazilian butt lift surgery, sharing insights into her recovery and her thoughts on transitioning back to her natural body.

Erica Banks reflects on her 2nd BBL surgery

In a recent interview with B High ATL, released on July 31, Banks discussed her experiences with cosmetic surgery. The conversation turned to fellow rapper DreamDoll’s comments about wanting to revert to her natural body after multiple enhancements. When asked if she would consider the same, Banks humorously responded that she paid too much money to go back and get a reduction.

Having undergone two rounds of BBL surgery, with the latest in December 2023, Banks expressed satisfaction with her results. However, she did mention that her perspective might change after having children.

The challenges of recovery

During the interview, Banks candidly shared the difficulties she faced during her recovery process. She described the experience as the worst pain she had ever endured. Banks recounted that she passed out on the first day. She noted that she only recently stopped experiencing pain from the surgery.

Considering a 3rd BBL?

Earlier this year, Banks also discussed her hesitation about undergoing a third BBL surgery during an appearance on the Big Homies House podcast. She admitted that while the idea has crossed her mind, the thought of going through the recovery process again is daunting.

Erica Banks’ journey highlights the complexities of body image and the realities of cosmetic surgery. As she continues to navigate her path, her openness about her experiences is an empowering reminder for others considering similar choices.
