Hip-hop stars Nelly, Eve and Ja Rule revealed plans for the “Where The Party At” world tour, a 54-date event spanning Australia, Europe, Canada and the United States from March through Aug. 2025.
The tour features rotating lineups across regions. Australian and New Zealand shows include Nelly, St. Lunatics, Chingy and Jermaine Dupri. Canadian dates showcase Chingy, Dupri and Ja Rule, while European stops present Eve, Fabolous and Dupri. U.S. performances combine all artists, with Fabolous appearing selectively.
Tickets go on sale Dec. 13 at 10 a.m. local time. Industry analysts expect high demand for the nostalgic lineup.
Ashanti’s participation remains uncertain following the recent birth of her son Kareem Kenkaide Hayes and reports of another pregnancy. The singer and Nelly married privately on Dec. 27, 2023, after rekindling their relationship.
“This tour taps into millennial nostalgia while showcasing enduring talent,” said music critic Marcus Chen. “The rotating lineup strategy keeps each market’s experience unique.”
The tour marks a significant reunion of artists who dominated early 2000s hip-hop. Nelly’s “Hot in Herre” and Ja Rule’s collaborations with Jennifer Lopez and Ashanti defined the era’s sound, while Eve broke barriers as Ruff Ryders’ first lady.
“These artists shaped hip-hop’s crossover into mainstream pop culture,” said music historian Sarah Thompson. “Their influence remains visible in today’s genre-blending approaches.”
The announcement builds on successful reunion tours featuring 2000s artists. Recent ventures by Bad Boy Records and So So Def artists demonstrated sustained audience interest in nostalgia acts.
Tour organizers emphasize production value, promising elaborate staging and multimedia elements. “We’re creating an immersive experience that honors these artists’ legacies,” said tour director James Wilson.
Social media reaction indicates strong interest across demographics. Fans cite the artists’ continued cultural relevance and catalog depth as key selling points.
