A has judge ruled that Usher will retain primary custody of his sons. Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka, were involved in an intense custody battle over their two sons. Tameka sought to get custody of the kids after 5-year-old Usher Raymond V nearly drowned in Usher’s pool.

Usher’s aunt was keeping the kids when the incident occurred. However, she wasn’t subpoenaed to attend court. Tameka told the judge that Usher’s busy schedule would not allow him to properly watch their kids.

Usher countered her statement by suggesting that the incident could have happened to anyone.

The judge sided with Usher. When the hearing was over, Usher hugged Tameka as she cried in his arms.
