For months, Bobby Brown has been mourning the loss of his ex-wife, Whitney Houston. But now, the singer is celebrating a new love by announcing his upcoming wedding to his fiancée, Alicia Etheridge.
According to TMZ, Brown and Etheridge’s two-year engagement will finally end in wedded bliss when they share nuptials on the weekend of June 15 in Hawaii.
Brown is apparently flying out some of his family and friends, including the couple’s son, Cassius, to witness the wedding, which he has dubbed the “big day.”
Aside from getting hitched, Brown will spend part of the weekend performing with his former boy band mates, New Edition, when they hit the stage in Honolulu.
Well, it looks like it’s going to be an action packed and happy Father’s Day weekend for Brown. And once he ties the knot, he’ll join a list of other R&B stars enjoying wedded bliss. Check them out below. – nicholas robinson
