Oscar Award-winning actress Halle Berry has been fighting for months with her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry for full custody rights and the privilege to move their daughter Nahla to France where she would like to start her new life with her fiancé, Olivier Martinez.
The judgment was handed down today and it didn’t work in Berry’s favor. Her 4-year-old daughter Nahla will stay in the U.S.
Aubry and Berry broke up in 2010. He has been fighting tooth and nail for his daughter to remain in the U.S. citing adequate visitation while Berry countered saying she was concerned for her daughter’s privacy and safety.
