Sheree Whitfield sues ATL blogger for stalking

We haven’t seen much of Sheree Whitfield since she left “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” last year, but, apparently, one Atlanta blogger has seen too much  of her in public and in private. A new report claims that Whitfield recently filed a lawsuit against an Atlanta blogger Tamara Tattles, claiming that the woman is stalking her.

According to Court House News, Whitfield has filed a “Petition for Stalking Temporary Protective Order” against the creator of Tamara Tattles, Tamara Kay Brawner, claiming that the blogger is stalking her and has violated her privacy by entering her home without permission.

In the complaint, Whitfield alleges that “In October 2011 the respondent commenced an online blog about the petitioner’s home titled ‘Chateau Sheree,’ giving the online world a play-by-play of the construction progress of the petitioner’s home. The respondent then commenced additional online blogs regarding the petitioner’s legal proceedings, the petitioner’s business label, and delays in the petitioner’s home construction, the demise of the petitioner’s reality television career, and other disparaging remarks.”

Whitfield claims that between October 2011 and February 2013, Brawner came onto her property and took pictures of her home that later ended up on her blog. She also claimes that on Feb. 18, Brawner gained entry into her home and took photos of the house before posting a detailed narrative of the floor plan of the home’s interior.

According to Court House News, there are indeed at least four blog posts on the Tamara Tattles Wordpress blog about the construction of Whitfield’s home.

Whitfield is demanding that a judge order Brawner to stop harassing her and not have any direct or indirect contact with her.

However, Ashleigh Merchant, a rep for the blog site, claims that Whitfield’s claims are ludicrous.

“We believe this order to be completely baseless and look forward to defending against it and, ultimately, having the entire action dismissed at the upcoming hearing in the matter,” read an email from the rep. “There has been no ‘stalking’ or any illegal conduct on behalf of my client and we believe that will be more than evident when my client has her day in court.”

As fans will remember, Whitfield’s former “RHOA” cast mates mocked her about her unfinished “Chateau Sheree, which NeNe Leakes called “Never Land.” So, it’s understandable why Whitfield would be upset about the blogger posting blogs about her still incomplete home on her blog.

But she’s not the only celeb who’s had a “stalker.” Check out some other stalked celebs below.
