Following the celebration of her daughter’s fourth birthday, Milian and friends donned in shapewear, crop tops, knee pads and all, came together to burn a few calories at a local LA Twerk Out fitness class.
Initially admitting to being shy during the session, Tran seemed to later loosen up, posting a pose for her Instagram following – and most likely rumored NBA baller boyfriend.
