The adorable and sweet Smurfette (voiced by the equally adorable Katy Perry) has been snatched by the evil Gargamel (Hank Azaria), who’s holding the petite blue darling hostage because she knows a secret spell that will turn his new creatures, the Naughties, into real Smurfs. With an assist from their human buddies, the Smurfs set out to rescue Smurfette from the dastardly Gargamel. The action is centered in Paris, and Gargamel has chosen his lair well, for who can resist the charm of the City of Light? The Smurfs, who are well-acquainted with Gargamel’s ruthlessness, hope to thwart his plans and bring their beloved Smurfette home. Will Gargamel’s tricks bring heartache to the Smurfs?
