With a working relationship that goes back almost 25 years, it’s safe to say that Mary J. Blige and Sean “Diddy” Combs have a certain chemistry when they connect. Both parties are hoping that chemistry is apparent when Diddy’s new channel Revolt TV airs Blige’s Christmas special on Thanksgiving day.
The hour-long special simply titled “A Mary Christmas” will feature Blige sharing her favorite holiday related stories, and singing classic Christmas songs, as well as selections from her recently released Christmas album of the same name. The show will also include a special guest appearance from fellow singer Tyrese. Queen Latifah will be the host for the evening and industry veteran and Mary’s former Uptown label boss, Andre Harrell will serve as executive producer.
‘A Mary Christmas’ is scheduled to debut on Revolt TV at 9pm est/ 8pm cst on Thanksgiving night with the following repeat airings:
11/29: 1pm est/12pm cst, 7pm est/ 6pm cst, 4am est/3am cst
11/30: 12pm est/11am cst
12/1: 9pm est/8pm cst
