Robin Williams’ Napa Valley Estate Selling For $25.9 Million

After the sudden and tragic death of Robin Williams, his gorgeous Napa Valley estate has been relisted with a deep price cut. In 2012, prior to his passing, the actor’s home was on the market for approximately $35 million. Now, according to Zillow, the price has been slashed by nearly $10 million to $25.9 million.

The Villa Sorriso, or the “Villa of Smiles,” as Williams’ called it, was designed personally for the star by David Gast and Associates and sat on 639 acres of hills, olive trees and a vineyard. The house itself is equipped with 5 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a private 12-seat indoor theater, a climate controlled wine room, a private tower, a horse barn, pool and pond, and much more.

Rumor has it that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian-West were interested in purchasing the estate when it was previously for sale, but sided with buying a more humble abode, with more manageable acreage. No word yet on who else may be interested in buying the estate. For a look inside Williams’ Napa Valley property, hit the flip. – ruu hawkins/@ruubabie
