Willie Carson went some nights without eating due to baby mama drama. According to MyFoxHouston, Carson was forced to pay for a baby that he didn’t father.

The confusion began after a woman put Carson’s name on her child’s birth certificate. But after taking a DNA test, it was revealed that Carson was not the father. Carson also never saw the baby.

However, due to a ridiculous Texas law, Carson still had to pay child support and money was garnished from his checks at work. Due to his low salary, Carson said that he could barely provide for himself and went some nights without food and electricity.

The child’s mother eventually wrote a letter to the court and the judge allowed Carson to discontinue paying child support. But he will still have to pay $21,000 to the state of Texas due to the interest accrued from back payments,

Carson is hoping that the judge dismisses his case. He will return to court next week.
