It’s obvious why Siovaughn Wade is up in arms over her recent divorce from NBA All-Star and Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade. He was a guest on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” on Monday, July 19. The God-fearing and sexy baller revealed his affinity for the Holy Trinity.
“I do everything in threes. I do three pull ups on the rim before the game. I chew three pieces of [Wrigley’s Big Red] gum at a time. I drink three bottles of Gatorade, before, during and after a game,” he revealed.
In the interview, the Chicago native praised his newest teammate’s decision to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers to join the Miami Heat. “LeBron [James] made the best decision for him and his family. It’s great for the game and the community,” he shared. Leno asked Wade when he found out about LeBron’s decision, “Seconds before everyone else via a mass text that went out.”
Wade was heavily criticized by the media earlier on Monday for referencing the “World Trade” in an interview during Alonzo Mourning’s annual charity weekend in Miami, where he served as co-host. He likened a Miami Heat losing streak in the upcoming season to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. He later offered a humble apology.
