Wiley-Little, embodies that commitment in every task she undertakes.
“I’m accountable for ensuring that our organization is poised to really have an impact on the future of changing customers and that’s why we do the things that we do in so many communities and especially in the African American community,” she explains. “Allstate is really about protecting the consumer and ensuring that the consumer is prepared for many perils that they face in the future.”
With over 20 years of thorough dedication and experience with the Allstate family, Little has been influential in implementing diversity efforts and strategies. A graduate of Illinois State University, who also received her master’s degree from the University of Illinois, Wiley-Little knows what it takes to get the job done.
