Self-reflection: “They tell me that I really did good tonight, but to be honest with you I can’t even remember what I said. I’m just on another level right now. I usually sit down the next day to really critique everything that I did. I believe I messed up one of my jokes, by I’ll know by tomorrow. Other than that, I feel good, because the crowd really responded to what I had to say. [That] is why I do this.”
His style: “I freestyle a lot while I’m up there, but I also take my time and try to write some really solid material. When I get up there though, it really just depends on how the audience is responding. They dictate where I go with my material.”
His demeanor: “I have to work hard out here. These young boys are out here trying to take my spot so I have to write every day, and continue to work hard at my craft. It never gets any easier in this business, so I just have to keep doing what I’m doing.”
His outlook: “The world better get ready for what I’m bringing to the table. I have so much fire locked up inside of me. I’m hungry, I’m on fire, and I’m ready to take out any competition that wants to stand in my way.”
