As Something Ends … Something New Begins
Confesssions of a Health Addict: Take 1
The so-called trials and tribulations you go through are lessons designed to bring you closer to your purpose on Earth. Keep in mind as one door closes another opens. There is a time and a season for all things. Use all your time to remain “present” and open the “gifts” that are within you. You are a divine instrument here to influence others for the better. The more faith you embody, the more you will be blessed. Embrace your current situation, be it good or bad, and know it is an opportunity for you to grow (up).
If your life seems to be out of control, hectic and not quite how you want it … I am writing to you. If you know you want to change and get your life back … I am writing to you. If you are feeling a struggle and not feeling on purpose … I am writing to you. If you want to quit, but keep going for a fix that’s not uplifting, then I am writing to you. If you feel hopeless or nervous about your so-called “lack” … I am writing to you.
I pick up this pen to share my 20 years of experience working with aromatherapy, natural remedies, herbal teas, massage therapy, meditation, using food as medicine and other well-being therapies. Today, I am blessed to say that I have not needed a doctor’s prescription or over-the-counter medication in 20 years. I will write every week to encourage you to live the life you love with tips that strengthen your mind and awaken your spirit.
This is the first article in the series, “Confessions of a Health Addict.” I will be writing to you on a weekly basis for several weeks to help you improve your health so you can live a longer and happier life. –kim yokely is a well-being lifestyle coach and owner of Kimochi Body N Sole Sanctuary.
