coming every day, so that’s great to see. But to all women of color who
have a desire to be a part of this business, don’t hesitate to pursue
this dream. We need you; we need your experiences, and we need your
depth of soul, as it’s so important in this industry. I have to say
though, that the most important thing that I want them to remember is
that 99.9 percent of the time, it does not happen fast. So you just
have to believe in what you’re doing, and believe that what you are
doing is right. You also have to make good choices, and stay in the
