You know how the saying goes. All work and no play, makes … well, it just sucks … especially when you tirelessly work to pull off some of the grandest celebrity and brand-driven events in the city of Atlanta and beyond. Such was the case with Nicole Garner, owner and CEO of The Garner Circle Public Relations firm.
With all of Garner’s impressive work, ranging from her work with celebrities Ne-Yo and Keri Hilson, to luxury brands like Jaguar and Porsche, it’s no wonder that the talented PR wiz wanted to kick her feet up and spend the weekend enjoying her birthday.
Utilizing the theme “Love & Ice Cream,” Garner invited members of her family, friends and business circle to celebrate the joys of life, health and prosperity. From the candy-coated affair at Mbar/Fuse in Atlanta’s Castleberry Hills district, to the fun-loving ice cream soiree at the Bakeshop, the entire weekend was chock full of saccharine induced cavities. But the subsequent cavities didn’t come as a result of the endless amounts of sweets. No, it mainly came as a result of the overflow of sugary-sweet love directed at Garner.
In the end, the weekend served as a deserving tribute to a woman who continues to redefine the Atlanta PR landscape.
