The Illinois Lottery’s second of three rooftop day parties is catching on like wild fire as news about the festivities spreads around the city and party goers extol the benefits of being present. “Just like you have to play to win, you also have to be out to be seen,” said Monica Mabra, a party guest and now hopeful lottery winner. “I play both the Mega Millions and Powerball game, but I’m going to step up my game if there’s a chance I can live like this,” adds Darryl Knox.
