Antoine Dodson, the flamboyant YouTube sensation who made us all fans of the phrase, “Run tell that!” is now getting the chance to shoot a reality show pilot produced by Entertainment One.
The show will be centered around Dodson and his family, documenting their move from the Lincoln Park housing project in Huntsville, Ala., to Hollywood as Dodson tries to cement a place in the entertainment business, “leveraging every aspect he can to make a better life for his family,” according to producer Entertainment One.
Dodson first rose to fame last year during the well-publicized attempted rape of his sister. However, instead being drawn in by the story, audiences were instead drawn to video of Dodson’s outraged and over-the-top commentary on the incident and his popular catchphrases such as, “Hide your kids, hide your wife and hide your husband, because they’re raping everybody out here.”
In fact, the Auto-Tuned and edited video of his commentary “Bed Intruder” was the most watched independent video of 2010 and has gone on to receive 67.5 million views since its debut. Now run tell that!
