Highlighter Hue Rules
Makeup
Pick one color and go for it, while remembering to keep the rest of your makeup simple, or you risk it clashing against each other. Think vibrant lips or shocking blue lids!
Nails
Bright hues really compliment skin tones with color. If wearing neon shades isn’t office appropriate, try it on your toes instead or opt for sporting bright colors only on weekends.
Fashion and Accessories
Ultrabright and ultrachic hues have gone high-fashion. Flashes of neon give a boost to a white ensemble or other monochromatic look. Try a pair of color-boosting platform heels or sandals, or go bold with an attention-grabbing dress or blazer. Remember when mixing bright colors together, make sure you add a neutral tone to the mix, such as white, black, grey or beige.
