Jennifer Lopez Scores Another Win in Sex Tape Case

Jennifer Lopez has scored another legal vicotry.

Just days after a Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge allowed Lopez to temporarily block the sale of her sex tape with ex-husband, Ojani Noa, the American Idol host has scored another legal win. On June 8, a judge ordered the sex tape, which was allegedly stolen from its current owner, Noa’s girlfriend, Claudia Vasquez, to be handed over to Lopez’s attorney.

According to Radar Online, Vasquez claims that Ed Meyer, Noa’s manager and the co-executive producer of a movie project featuring the steamy footage, allegedly took the data drive, containing the sex tape, from her home without her permission.

After the theft, Vasquez’s attorney, Cris Armentia, sent Meyer a letter demanding that he appear in court and return the sex tape.

Following Armentia’s demands, Meyer appeared in court and was ordered to hand over the sex tape to Lopez’s attorney, Jay Lavely, and to delete any files he has on his computer hard drive containing the footage.

With two legal wins against Noa, Vasquez and Meyer under her belt, Lopez may soon enough to be able to permanently put a stop to the trio’s mission to release her sex tape and finally put an end to this ordeal. –nicholas robinson
