Teedra Moses is not at all new to the game; she’s been around since 2004. But she’s been on somewhat of a hiatus of late and her passionate and intense style and voice have been truly missed from the music game.
Through a series of “almosts” and label issues, she was almost thought to be gone forever. Her debut album, Complex Simplicity, was well-received by music lovers and we’ve yearned for more ever since.
Now, the wait is over. Newly signed to Rick Ross’s Maybach Music Group, she’s released her new mixtape “Luxurious Undergrind” for download to prep her fans for her long-awaited return. And for real music aficionados, it’s definitely worth a listen.
As mixtapes do, Luxurious should hold you over until she puts the finishing touches on her sophomore album, which she’s entitled The Lioness. Welcome back, Teedra.
