Congratulations are in order for first lady Michelle Obama! She is the first presidential wife to grace the cover of Better Homes and Gardens and also the first public figure to appear on the cover in 40 years! In her feature, Mrs. Obama talks about healthy eating and living, her garden at the White House and more. It’s a nine-page spread with school children from the Washington, D.C., area who are having a fabulous White House picnic. The photos are very vibrant with lots of detail, and I’m loving the tablescape. Be sure to pick up the August issue that will be on newsstands soon.
