This latest nip slip comes just days after Nicki Minaj’s incident on Good Morning America, which was witnessed by millions of viewers. Unfortunately for Kelly, this mishap may hurt more than help, and due to her dire postion on the Billboard charts, many think it’s a publicity stunt. Kelly tweeted after the show:
