5. Transitional Moves

There are three transitional moves you can do in between other moves: The “backwards wiggle” where you wiggle your hips from side to side as you slide down the pole into a crouching position; The “body wave” where you push your chest forwards toward the pole, push your hips, then shoulders back, then your hips forward again. Repeat this in a fluid movement for a sexy transition into any move; Finally there’s the “wiggle down” where you slide down the pole wiggling your hips from side to side then uncurling your upper body as you go into a standing position.
