4. The Back Hook Spin
Grab the pole and take a step forward on your inside foot, still holding the pole up high, and pivot around so you are facing backwards. Hook your other leg around the pole gripping behind the knee and hug the pole close to your side. Jump up immediately whipping your knee out and drop your head and shoulders back. Spin around and down with your knees apart and toes together. Arch your back, landing gently on your knees and finishing off with an arch backwards.
