Newt Gingrich authored the “Republican Revolution” during the Clinton administration nearly 20 years ago, and he’s trying to enact a similar feat with his run to the GOP nomination in 2012. This after being shamed out of Washington for malfeasance and written off as “road kill” by fellow Republicans. It remains to be seen if his highly publicized affairs of the past will derail his dream-like march to Washington.
