Streamlining focus: While unemployment skyrocketed, President Obama has seemed preoccupied with other pressing issues, including the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, deficit reduction after the midterm elections and health care from earlier in his presidential tenure.
Particularly now that the wars are over, Obama needs to make job creation the dominating theme of his reelection campaign.
