Shaunie O’Neal
If anyone knows the ordeal that Vanessa is currently going through, it’s Shaunie O’Neal, the ex-wife of retired NBA star Shaquille O’Neal. Shaunie was married to Shaq for eight years and had five kids with him before she filed for divorce in 2010. But Shaunie, a former film marketer, quickly turned her marriage nightmare into a television dream by developing the popular VH1 series “Basketball Wives,” which she stars in and executive produces. Besides being able to lend Vanessa a shoulder to cry on and an available ear, Shaunie could also help her move on to greener pastures or even bring her onto “Basketball Wives.”
