Cynthia and Peter See a Marriage Counselor
After confronting each other earlier in the episode, Cynthia and Peter visit a marriage counselor. During the session, the counselor asks the couple to list what they love about each other, which Cynthia answers quickly and with ease. But when it’s Peter’s turn to list what he loves about Cynthia, he instead talks about the problems of their marriage and the counselor has to intervene and mention a beautiful moment between the couple for Peter to open up and say what he loves about Cynthia. After the meeting is over, Cynthia candidly reveals that she doesn’t always like or even love Peter, but claims that she wants things to work between them. Things aren’t looking to good for the couple right now, but we’ll see how things pan out as the season progresses.
