Rumors have been mounting that Bobbi Kristina is currently at odds with her grandmother, Cissy Houston, thanks to her alleged engagement to so-called adopted brother Nick Gordon. But new reports are claiming that Bobbi Kristina is beefing with someone else close to her and her late mother, Whitney Houston – Whitney s former lover, Ray J.
According to RadarOnline, sources claim that Bobbi Kristina and Ray J. never got along with each other because Ray thought she was “bratty.”
“[Ray and Bobbi Kristina] absolutely didn t get along. Ray thought Krissy was extremely disrespectful toward him and acted bratty. Whitney and Krissy would argue as any mother and daughter would, but Ray didn t like the way she talked back to her mom,” said the insider. “Ray really tried to meet Krissy halfway and have a relationship with her, but she just wasn t interested. Ray understood that Krissy didn t trust him, but she never gave him a chance.”
Recent reports claim that Ray J has been devastated by Whitney s death and that his sister, Brandy, recently convinced him to seek therapy to deal with the loss of Whitney. Though Ray is taking steps to heal, apparently, no steps have been taken on either side to mend the relationship between Ray J and Krissy.
“Ray is slowly getting back to trying to return to his life. He was in Washington, D.C., over the weekend for work. Ray hasn t spoken to Krissy since Whitney s funeral,” said the source, addressing the embrace between the two at Whitney s funeral.
