Rolling Out was in the front row again on Sunday Day 2 of 7th annual Jazz in the Gardens Music Festival at Miami Gardens at Sun Life Stadium this pass weekend. MC Lyte was on the stage hosting the doing her thing. The crowd was on their feet the entire day. Kenny G was working his saxophone on and off the stage. He played the saxophone and walked thru the crowd like it was nothing. Then Patti LaBelle graced the stage with her soulful voice and looking good as HELL from head to toe. She started the show off with New Attitude , which gave the crowd a new attitude, and they got out of their seats and started parting. She followed the opener with any and every classic song that ever made you love her. Mary J brought the house down with her classic hits like “Family Affair”, “I AM Going Down” and some songs off her new album “My Life II”. But the crowd went crazy when she performed “No More Drama”. This was the best concert Rolling Out has coved in a long time. You better make your plans to be there next year now.
