T.I.
In 2007, T.I. was arrested on felony gun charges after trying to illegally buy guns. Though the rapper was facing two felony charges, he was only sentenced to house arrest, but racked up fines totaling $6 million. Sadly, he was sent to jail years later for drug charges.
