Melissa Gilbert’s Mystery Injury Revealed
“DWTS” viewers were shocked on Monday night when Melissa Gilbert was rushed to the hospital in middle of the performance show. Melissa wasn’t present at last night’s results show, but host Tom Bergeron finally gave a definitive answer on exactly what with wrong with her. Apparently, Melissa accidentally hit her head against her partner, Maksim’s, leg and caused him to fall on the floor. Fellow star Gavin DeGraw then carried her downstairs to the medical team before she was rushed to the hospital. There, Melissa was diagnosed with a mild concussion and was sent home on bed rest. Thankfully, she’ll be able to perform next week.
