In 2011 singer Tyrese tweeted this picture he “painted” of Malcolm X baptizing Tupac Shakur.
“This came to me in a DREAM it’s MALCOLM-X Baptizing TUPAC and it’s called “WHAT IF” A lot of questions ran through my mind, What if they met? What if they had joined forces to empower black people? What if?? What if”, he said.
The bizarre portrait drew criticism and laughs from fans, especially those that noted that the rapper’s signature”Thug Life” tattoo was misspelled to say “TUGLAFE.”
