Both can lead to extreme frustration, especially if you are looking at a growing mountain of bills. If you are underqualified, then inquire on what you can to do to up your skill set. If you are overqualified, don’t get frustrated, but instead keep reiterating why you’re a great fit and how you can increase the company’s bottom line. That will get any employer’s attention.
