Although it’s been a year since their split, a famous actress and ex-boyfriend, a model, are still battling it out in court. Halle Berry, 45, and Gabriel Aubry, 36, are continuing to go back and forth over the fate of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla. In the latest proceedings, Aubry’s reportedly asked Berry to pay him a whopping $20,000 a month in child support to care for the growing girl. According to reports, the model also wants the actress to cover his attorney fees and pay him the thousands in support to provide a “proper environment” for their daughter. Aubry will have to reappear in court on a later date however due to a paperwork discrepancy. TMZ reports that he was visibly upset when he learned about today’s delay.
The couple’s ongoing court battle turned nasty last year after Aubry was accused of calling Berry the N-word and sending her vulgar text messages. Additionally there were allegations that he became upset when people referred to his daughter with the biracial actress as black.
