I saved the best one for last.
Nothing makes a man feel more useful than to be asked for advice. It makes him feel as though he’s truly an important part of your life. It doesn’t matter what it is that you need. You may be pondering a career move, or searching for a way to tell your parents that you’re not a kid anymore (I mean, come on … you’re 32 years old.)
Whatever it is, by saying that one little phrase to him, you instantly make him feel that much more invested in your life and the relationship as a whole.
There is a catch though. This strategy may not work if you’re trying to get his opinion on which outfit you should wear, or if he thinks your best friend is jealous of you. Just thought I should warn you…
