NeNe Leakes Chats About Single Status

NeNe Leakes is speaking out on her hit reality show about and her marital status after rumors arose that she is reconciling with her ex-husband, Gregg. The “Real Housewives of Atlanta”  star was a guest this week on “The Wendy Williams Show” where she spoke with the television host about not only her life as a single woman, but her famed reality TV show.

Dressed in a maroon designer dress and $3,995 Christian Louboutin pumps, Leakes revealed that while rumors are still swirling that Kenya Moore would join the “Real Housewives” cast she has “yet to see her.” In addition to Moore, Leakes discussed Sheree Whitfield, her rival on the program, who’s embarking on a personal training business since leaving the cast. When asked if she would consider hiring the housewife for a workout regimen she flippantly responded, “Well, she’s thick. When you’re looking for a trainer you would look for someone with a great body. She’s just aight.” Continuing to bash Whitfield, Leakes noted that “It’s probably a good thing that she left” when asked about Whitfield’s parting with the program.

Before her segment ended, Leakes was asked if she was lonely in L.A. where she’s been taping episodes of NBC’s hit ‘Glee’ and her forthcoming show on the NBC pilot ‘The New Normal.’ Scoffing at the idea, Nene assured the host that she was “single but not lonely, honey” with a smile.
