The “Tasting Game”
In January a California teacher made headlines after he was charged with 23 counts of committing lewd acts on children with authorities alleging he spoon-fed semen to his students. According to the L.A. Times, Mark Berndt, a 61-year-old former teacher at Miramonte Elementary School, told his students they were going to play “a tasting game,” and blindfolded them. Police then say Berndt fed students samples of his semen on cookies and a blue plastic spoon. Berndt’s reported victims ranged in age from 7 to 10-years-old. If convicted for the “tasting game”, Berndt could face life in prison.
