Foxy Brown Attempts to Sue New York City for $100 Million
After a judge dismissed charges against the rapper in July for allegedly mooning her neighbor, Brown’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, claimed that he planned to sue the city of New York for the hefty sum of $100 million.
